Forever My Love | Wedding Photographer, Canton Michigan

Final entry in the February LOVE Series.  Okay so this couple ROCKS!  Seriously, not only does Mike & Cassie have an amazing fun-loving connection with each other, they also know how to throw a classy, yet Rockin' party.  Their wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful Henry Ford Estates, which was surrounded by beautiful gardens and even a waterfall.  {Okay, so Henry Ford knew how to live in Style!} It was raining that morning, but the powers that be blessed them with sun just in time to have their outdoor ceremony.

After their storybook wedding, we traveled to downtown Detroit to have a little fun.  They are big baseball fans, so we captured some images in front of Comerica Park & The Fox Theater.  We even went to the old train station, but after a few shots we got the boot from the PO PO.  {They were cool and let us take some silly photos before heading out}

We then heading over to the Plymouth Manor to celebrate with family and friends.  They showed off their mad dancing skills with a beautifully rehearsed first dance and then Rocked out to their band "The Killer Flamingos".

Destiny calls | Michigan Wedding Photography

The LOVE series continues with a sneak peak at Mike & Trinity's wedding.  This wedding was destined, they just did not know it at the time.  Mike & Trinity were high school classmates/friends, but life took them on seperate roads.  Years later their Roads intersected and a new love sparked.
They now walk down the road of life...hand and hand...as man and wife.

Beachside Bliss | Michigan Wedding Photographer

The month of LOVE is quickly passing us by, which hopefully means winter is coming to an end as well.  So there is only a few more days to post about some love I captured last year.  Here are a few wedding photos from Joseph & Ann's intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan last spring.  The wind was brutal that day, cold and strong so the ceremony was held on the side deck of this amazing beachside house . We ran down to the lake for a few beach shots afterward.  This couple just loves the outdoors and wasn't going to let the cold and wind stop them from running along the beach.

I Do | Wedding Photography, Canton MI

This weekend I was honored to go to Frankenmuth Michigan to capture the intimate wedding of Mike & Sarah. They decided to have a quiet ceremony surrounded by family, followed by a celebration dinner at the Bavarian Inn.  Oh yes, gotta love the Frankenmuth chicken dinners!!  Here is a sneak peak at a few photos from their wedding day.

And to show their fun, wild side...here are some photos from their engagement session in Ann Arbor last fall.

Plymouth Ice Festival | Plymouth Michigan Photographer

In the spirit of the cold winter blizzard that hit Michigan this week, I've decided to post some pictures from the annual Plymouth Ice Festival. This is always a fun event, full of wonderfully creative people. I'm always amazed at the incredible ice and wood carvings being created. So grab a cup of hot cocoa and check out this cool ice images.
