Autumn | High School Senior Photographer, Canton Michigan

I had a wonderful time exploring the walking trails of the Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor with Autumn during her senior photography session.  It was a beautiful morning to wander through nature.  Autumn is a cross country runner, so the trails were a perfect fit.  She also enjoys dabbling in photography, so I brought along an old camera to use in a few shots.  I really love the image at the end of this post with the camera...vintage fun.

Double the Love | Michigan Family Photographer

When you bring a new baby into your family, you're heart is so full of love it feels like it will burst open.  Just imagine, welcoming two babies to your world.  It's double the love, double the fun...and of course double the diapers.  I was so thrilled to be able to capture these adorable sisters at their 6 month milestone.  Yes, it was also double the work trying to get these little sweeties to look my way at the same time, lol....but I enjoyed every minute.

I especially loved how Lili & Ale would always reach out and find each others hand.  It was the cutest thing ever.

Bliss | Wedding Photographer, Novi Michigan

Sometimes the road to happiness is a long one, full of detours.  But in the end it will eventually lead you to where you need to be... in the arms of somebody who loves you.  Kelli & Shawn found each other along that long winding road and now they have joined together as man and wife to walk the rest of the way together.  They were joined by family in a private ceremony where a few tears and laughs we're shed when they read their personal written vows.  I must say, they were the best vows ever...and I know in my heart, they will stand the test of time.

Luci | Northville Michigan Childrens Photographer

Little Luci is 18 months and on the go.   She had fun exploring the beautiful grounds of Mill Race Park in Northville Michigan.  I just loved the pretty pink dress and cute white sandels she wore, what a little doll she is.

Come Out, Come Out ....Where ever you are.  Yes, photographing my little nephew was a game of hide-n-seek...or better yet "catch me if you can".  Lol.  I worked up a sweat chasing after my favorite little monkey for an hour trying to capture this fun stage of a two year old.  Don't 'cha just love him!

Class of 2011 | Senior Portrait Photographer, Canton MI

I really love shooting High School senior pictures.  It's great to learn about their personalities and interests and see that reflected in their photography, they are really fun to work with.  I've be MIA from the blog, busy working with final shoots and album designs for the senior class of 2011 and beginning shoots for the class of 2012.  Since, I started posting to my blog this year, I thought I'd post a few shots of the high school seniors I had the blessings to work with last year.
