It was a snowy Frosty day for this engagement shoot, but what fun we had.  This wonderful couple was so fun and playful together, they have known each other for years but it seemed as if a new love had just sparked.

I've decided to join in this weeks I Heart Faces theme : Winter Wonderland.   I have a lot of opportunities to capture winter photos in Michigan so it was difficult to pick just one to submit.  I've decided on this engagement photo.  A snow storm moved in the day of our shoot, so we did a lot of fun photos playing in the snow, but I just love the softness and style of this image.

What a trooper this little cutie was doing a winter shoot both indoors and outdoors.  We had fun trying on different outfits and accessories, playing at the playground and exploring the park on this warm winters day.

So...New Year, time to recreate yourself right?  Sort of... In designing and maintaining my website along with taking and editing pictures, I found myself slipping away from blogging.  So this year I've decided to wipe the slate clean and redesign my blog.  I've deleted the history and started fresh this year with a new look and new postings.  I will be gradually blogging about some of my favorite shoots in the past and adding back a variety of images as well.  I will also be making a few changes to my website and posting on my new facebook page in order to share with clients, family, and friends.
